The FIRST treatment you will have with Pegasus Shiatsu is an Initial Consultation:
Initial Consultation:
When you first contact Pegasus Shiatsu we will book an Initial Consultation with you. This will involve us coming to view your horse, and discussing, in depth their condition with you. We also assess them and ascertain what it is you are expecting from a course of treatments and to inform you of what we expect each treatment can achieve. We will carry out a first treatment and also show you some basic techniques you can use yourself between treatments. We will also supply you with a written summary on what has been identified and what has been discussed and will include a proposed outline treatment plan. An Initial Consultation will take as long as is necessary to ensure you are happy with what has been ascertained and what is proposed, and therefore this consultation will usually last for between 60 - 90 minutes.
After the Initial Consultation we recommend our Standard Treatment:
Standard Treatment:
Our Standard Treatment is a course of pre-booked appointments, based upon the treatment plan devised during the initial consultation. Each of these treatments will last for upto an hour, and involves us working with your horse to treat those conditions previously identified. We will also explain to you what is being done and demonstrate and teach you some basic techniques you can use between the course of treatments. You will also recieve a brief written summary after each treatment session. Once the treatment plan has been completed you will recieve a full written report on your horse, which pulls together the links between all the treatment undertaken.
However following on from the Initial Consultation we can offer other types of treatment:
Schooling Treatment:
Our Schooling Treatments can either be a series of one off appointments or a course of pre-booked appointments based upon the treatment plan devised during the initial consultation. Each of these treatments will last for upto an hour, and involves us working with your horse to treat those conditions previously identified. We will also explain to you what is being done and demonstrate and teach you some basic techniques you can use between the course of treatments.
Basic Treatment:
Our Basic Treatments are one off sessions you can book after you have had an Intial Consultation. Each of these treatments will last for upto an hour, and involves us working with your horse to treat those conditions previously identified in the Initial Consultation.
